✅ First-Time Order Guarantee

If this is your first order with us and you're genuinely not satisfied with the final result, we'll refund you — no hard feelings. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

✅ Revisions

We offer 1–2 rounds of revisions (depending on your package) to ensure your creative hits the mark. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your video.

 

⚠️ Exceptions

We may consider a refund or partial credit if:

  • We fail to deliver within 10 business days without prior notice

  • A technical issue on our end prevents us from completing your order and cannot be resolved
